Judith Smit
Judith is general counsel at Delft Enterprises, providing legal support and risk management expertise to help establish spinoffs efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with Delft Enterprises’ mission to bring university technologies to market and create impact. She works to safeguard Delft Enterprises’ interests, support sustainable spinoff growth and prepare them for successful exits. Judith does this in close collaboration with the investment team and by developing legal frameworks together with colleagues at TU Delft and other Dutch technical universities (4TU).
Before joining Delft Enterprises, Judith worked as a lawyer in IP and technology in Den Haag.
